Easy At Home Workout With The Kalon Life
Happy Wednesday loves! I am so excited for today's video because we are getting our SWEAT ON! haha And even little kitty Catniss makes yet another appearance.
This video is a simple 10-15 minute workout that you can do at home or traveling and requires NO equipment. I give all of my clients daily moves they can do outside of our sessions and thought I would share the Monday Daily Moves with you!
I speed through some of the moves instead of y'all just watching me do each one, but let me know if you would rather be able to go along with my pace the whole time! I have listed the moves out below as well so you can do this anytime without watching the video.

Easy At Home Workout:
- 40 High Knees
- 20 Squats
- 12 Push-Ups
- 45 Crunches
- 10 Burpees
- 25 Walking Lunges
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 1 Min Plank
Keep in mind you can add weights or reps to any of these moves to make them more challenging! Make it your own and enjoy!
