Why Most People's Resolutions Fail!

I am all about making New Year's resolutions, goals and intentions! However, I also know that most people by February 1st have given up and fallen right back into their old habits, routines and lifestyle. So why is that? Why do we do that when we originally wanted it so bad just a few weeks ago? Well I share my thoughts on how you can be one of the few people that sticks to their goals all the way through and how I do it!
