With 2018 already in full swing it is important to make sure we don't look back and wonder where the next few months or even full year went! So that is why I am challenging you to set January intentions.
These are more fluid and open ended than goals which tend to have very strong start and end dates. When you set intentions, though some can be specific, most will encourage you to change an attitude, belief or overall mindset. These allow us to be more mindful while also working towards bettering ourselves.
When you break down goals and intentions by month it is easier to follow through and more than likely you will have picked up on habits that you can carry over to the next month without having to be as intentional.
